For Anyone Who is Feeling Overwhelmed đź’
When we get overloaded by thoughts, worries or our surroundings, we get worked up, emotional or even break down. It’s so important to re-center ourselves. It’s really not worth our energy to be so affected. Of course, it is easier said than done—AS ALWAYS.
I get overwhelmed so so so easily when I have a lot on my plate and the first thought I go to is “but it’s so simple! anyone would be done by now” or my mind starts freaking out, “if this doesn’t go well, then this, then this, then this…” Let’s stop pushing ourselves to the brim and let our mind rest. Take this chance to notice that the moment you feel overwhelmed, your mind is indicating something to you. Listen to it.
